（角碼結構性粘接/Construction Bonding of Window Frame）

1，產品應用/Product Application：
      單組分SJK 307FC鋁門窗組角結構膠是高強度、高粘接性同時具有一定韌性和低膨脹性能的膠粘劑。其用于鋁門窗組角時將角碼與型材內壁粘接。 SJK307FC Adhesive is used for the bonding between aluminium corners and aluminium inner wall and always fixed the corners.Never moved.

2，基本用途/Usage:
● 粘接角碼和型材，永久防止角碼松動。確保鋁框和窗扇永不變形。/Bonding of Aluminium corners of windows.
● 中梃、橫橖接頭粘接，防止接頭處松動。/Bonding of mullion and transom
● 用于其它金屬、木材、塑料、石材、混凝土等高力學性能結構性粘接。/Bonding of other materials.

3，使用限制/Use limited：
SJK 307組角結構膠不可用于下列情況/SJK 307 use limited as follows：
● 不得用作鋁合金型材斷口45°角斷面密封，（該處應用組角密封膠SJK 306）
/Do not use in sealing for 45°corner cutting joints.
● 不得用作彈性密封膠使用/Do not use as elastic sealant。
● 不得在材料表面溫度低于0℃或超過50℃時打膠/Do not apply below 0℃ and above 50℃。

4，典型物性/Technical Data：
下表中數據僅作參考（在標準條件下23℃，50％濕度）

5，材料特點/Property：
      SJK 307FC單組分組角結構膠。在－5℃至＋50℃為粘稠膏狀物。用手動310ml膠槍或氣動膠槍能方便地將其擠出。一旦接觸空氣，在空氣水份作用下，發生固化。最后形成高強度，并有一定韌性的固體粘接材料。
SJK307 is One-part Polyurethane adhesive.It cures under the humidit. The physical state is paste under the temperature between -5℃～＋50℃，once expose in air and cured it become into solid with high strength.

6，包裝/Package：
       310ml膠管包裝，每箱24支。310ml Cartridges,24 cartridges per Carton。

7，顏色/Color：
   半透明或白色/Transparent or White。
