1、全程靠背輪傳送設計，傳送橋架結構，承重強。The whole processing of the glass production line depends on wheels .The structure is adpoted bridge frame ,it has strong bearing .

2、采用世界名牌OMRON  PLC控制，自動化程度高，操作簡便。Our machine is adopted world famous brand-OMRON PLC to control ,with a high degree of automation .It is easy to operate.

3、清洗機采用304不銹鋼折彎焊接，電機采用間斷式工作方式（省電）。Washing machine is adopted 304 stainless steel to welding .And the motor is adopted discontinuous working method for saving power.

4、日本OMRON傳感器為全程提供所有信號。Japanese OMRON sensor supply all signals for the whole processing .

5、設備采用3對毛刷，可清洗在線和離線鍍膜玻璃（LOW-E）。Three pairs brushes can clean the on line and off line coating glass.

6、采用臺灣eview彩色人機界面觸摸屏，自動手動轉換方便，并具有單段操作功能，能準確顯示設備運轉狀況。Adopt Taiwan eview colorful Man-machine interface touch screen. It is convenient to change by hand or auto matice. And the machine has single operating function to show equipment operating status accurately.

7、壓片機采用雙定位，壓片整齊平整。Pressure Machine adopts double location ,press glass pieces in formation.

8、清洗機采用透明鋼化玻璃，使毛刷、膠輥、噴水一目了然，保障了操作人員的安全。Washing machine adoopts transparent toughened glass .It is clear to see the brushes ,rollers and gushing .Guarantee the safety of the operation.

9、采用風機的熱循環風，并有加熱系統，保證了玻璃的干燥度。Heating system guarantees the drying of glass because of adopting thermal cycling wind .

10、關鍵傳動部分采用脹緊套聯接，保證了調節精確度和可靠性。Key part of transfering adpots Expansion sleeve connection ,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of regulation .

11、設備采用獨特噴水設計，清潔維護快速方便。Adopting unique sprinkler design ,it is easy to clean and tidy .

12、運用當前最先進的后板汽浮前板抽真空自動內合片裝置。Adoopt the most advanced installation with automatic inner merging ,the forward board takes out air and the back board float .
