YHM25-X是一款出口暢銷的高速機(jī)型，其主要特點(diǎn)是采用整體加厚方管結(jié)構(gòu)，高速齒輪齒條傳動(dòng)，采用進(jìn)口意大利風(fēng)冷卻主軸的一款重型木工雕刻設(shè)備。

Features:

1、采用進(jìn)口直線方型導(dǎo)軌，雙排四列滾珠滑塊，承重力大，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，精度高、壽命長(zhǎng)。進(jìn)口滾珠絲杠精度高，下刀精確。

2、完全脫離計(jì)算機(jī)可遠(yuǎn)程操作的USB接口式DSP操作系統(tǒng)，手柄式操作，操作更簡(jiǎn)單，設(shè)計(jì)更具人性化，采用獨(dú)特的智能預(yù)算法則，充分發(fā)揮電機(jī)潛能，實(shí)現(xiàn)高速加工，曲直線同步，曲線更完美，不占電腦內(nèi)存并可實(shí)現(xiàn)切削主軸的自動(dòng)起停。

3、軟件兼容性好，可兼容 type3/Artcam/Castmate/ 文泰等多種 CAD/CAM 設(shè)計(jì)制作軟件。

4、六分區(qū)真空吸附臺(tái)面，可有效針對(duì)不同大小板材進(jìn)行吸附。真空泵可選取進(jìn)口品牌的無(wú)油真空泵以解決寒冷天氣下的水循環(huán)真空泵麻煩換加水的問(wèn)題。

5、采用高速驅(qū)動(dòng)步進(jìn)電機(jī)與驅(qū)動(dòng)器，Y軸采用了雙電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，使之高速運(yùn)行可達(dá)35米/分以上的空行速度，配合大力切割主軸可使雕刻速度更為提高。
