本機用于對玻璃壓條的加工。采用切斷和銑削兩組刀片，可同時完成兩根玻璃壓條的45°切斷和背面多余部分壓腳的銑削工藝，配有多工位定位尺，可對焊接清角后框扇內邊長，寬進行相對尺寸的速度測量，直接用于壓條切割時的定位，保證了玻璃壓條切割時的相對尺寸精度，消除了框扇加工后與壓條裝配后的松緊程度，亦可按刻度尺定尺下料。該機采用臥式安裝形式，使型材夾持簡單，刀具運動切割平穩，從而保證壓條加工精度高，使門窗外形美觀。
