    ACE系列工業(yè)用烘箱採用優(yōu)質(zhì)原材料及元器件配套生產(chǎn)，以其獨(dú)特的加熱系統(tǒng)，可預(yù)置的恒定溫度，對(duì)所需乾燥的工件進(jìn)行有效的脫水。

    整機(jī)配置由不銹鋼內(nèi)腔，不銹鋼外殼或A3鋼噴塑外殼，均風(fēng)裝置，有機(jī)玻璃觀察窗、活動(dòng)開啟門，不銹鋼加熱裝置、數(shù)顯溫控及定時(shí)裝置等組成。

    烘箱的通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)分為水準(zhǔn)通風(fēng)、垂直通風(fēng)，上下通風(fēng)，能根據(jù)用戶的不同工件進(jìn)行有效的烘乾，整機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，使用方便，噪音低，烘乾效果優(yōu)良，是理想的工業(yè)烘乾設(shè)備。

ACE工業(yè)烘箱用途十分廣泛，除了可作為超聲波清洗機(jī)的配套設(shè)備外還適用於塑膠，電鍍、電子、光學(xué)、五金、食品等行業(yè)，提高產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)和產(chǎn)量。

Ace series industrial oven adopts high-quality raw materials and matched pars for production and effectively dehydrates work pieces needed to be dried with its unique heating system and pre-settable constant temperature.

Complete machine is composed of inner stainless steel chamber,outer stainless steel cover or A3 steel sprayed plastic cover,air equalizing device,organic glass viewing panel,movable lifting door,stainless steel heating device,digital display temperature control and timing devices ,etc

Ventillating system of oven is divided into horizntal ventilation,vertical ventilation and down ventilation. 

It can dry work pieces effectively according to different work pieces of users.The structure of complete machine is compact and it' s easy to use, low in noise and has good drying effect, so it is ideal industrial drying equipment.

Ø 熱處理工藝設(shè)備主要有：上下運(yùn)風(fēng)式、左右運(yùn)風(fēng)式、水準(zhǔn)運(yùn)風(fēng)式。
