      加恩“合成木”--發(fā)泡PVC產(chǎn)品比普通實心PVC產(chǎn)品相比有更多的優(yōu)點，比如質(zhì)輕，用做結(jié)構(gòu)材料等，被廣泛應(yīng)用代替木材。發(fā)泡PVC產(chǎn)品由于相比未發(fā)泡普通實心PVC產(chǎn)品具備較低的密度，所以更經(jīng)濟(jì)。作為可以取代木材的材料，發(fā)泡PVC是一種理想的材料選擇，同時它具備木材相同的加工方式，可釘，可鋸，可表面涂上各種涂料，更為突出的優(yōu)點是，它在滿足一定物理性能同時，具備木材所沒有的防火阻燃，防霉防蛀，防水，可回收等優(yōu)點。 

      加恩合成木-采用先進(jìn)工藝“塞盧卡”工藝完成整個發(fā)泡PVC產(chǎn)品加工。也就是熔融的PVC融體通過螺桿的推動通過模具處，產(chǎn)品表面通冷卻水急速冷卻，高溫塑料表面經(jīng)過急速冷卻形成硬光滑的一層PVC，而內(nèi)部由于沒有得到冷卻氣體膨脹產(chǎn)生微細(xì)小孔，再通過定型模具對產(chǎn)品定型，經(jīng)牽引切割，成本檢驗，包裝成產(chǎn)品。

      The Celuka process differs from another method used in the industry, notably the free foaming process. Under the free foaming process, profiles have a more evenly distributed density across its cross section, but sacrifice the hard smooth surface finish more commonly associated with the Celuka process and products manufactured by Gian Plastics.
