本機用于塑料門窗角部焊瘤清理，是集數控，氣動和機械技術于一體的多功能清角設備。該機采用進口數控系統，根據不同型材系列可設置儲存多達100種加工程序。盤銑刀會按設定程序對塑料門窗外角進行二維軌跡的切削，同時由上下拉刀清理上下面焊縫。另由上下兩面銑刀清理塑窗密封條槽及內角多余部分。便于玻璃及密封膠條的安裝。另外，還可以根據現場情況，隨機鍵入數值，修正加工程序，使因型材尺寸精度不高而有偏差的焊縫，也能得到有效清理。該機具有調整便捷、自動化程度高等特點，是塑料門窗大批量、連續性、多品種生產的理想設備。
