Jointer系列土工膜焊接機(jī)是福州杰因特塑料焊接設(shè)備有限公司與科研院所聯(lián)合研制的新一代土工膜自動(dòng)爬行焊接產(chǎn)品，滿足了土工膜在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)各個(gè)工程領(lǐng)域不斷拓展的應(yīng)用需求。該機(jī)器采用了先進(jìn)的熱楔式結(jié)構(gòu)，可以面向各種不同材質(zhì)特性和不同規(guī)格厚度的土工膜產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行焊接，適用于HDPE、LDPE、PVC、EVA、PP等一切可熱熔性材料的焊接。該系列焊機(jī)溫度控制部分采用自動(dòng)恒溫PID控制，控制精度高，溫度波動(dòng)小，速度控制部分采用脈寬調(diào)制（PWM）自動(dòng)穩(wěn)壓穩(wěn)速電路，直流伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，輸出力矩大，行走平穩(wěn)，能在爬坡，垂直爬行及路面負(fù)載發(fā)生變化時(shí)保持速度恒定。該系列焊接機(jī)工作性能穩(wěn)定、操作方便、焊接效率高、可靠性強(qiáng)，廣泛應(yīng)用于高速公路、鐵路、隧道、水庫水渠、污水池、垃圾填埋、建筑防水等工程。

The control of this series of welding machine adopts PID automatic thermostatic control with high control accuracy and low temperature fluctuation; speed control adopts PWM automatic voltage and speed regulation circuit, driven by DC servo motor, with great output torque and the operating is stable. It can maintain a constant speed on the condition of creeping, vertical creeping and variable road load. Also this series of welding machine is stable in performance despite of external temperature and voltage variation.
