機器的組成部分及結構說明：

1、滑塊部分WC67K-100T/3200液壓板料折彎機采用液壓傳動，滑塊部分由滑塊、油缸及機械擋塊微調結構組成。左右油缸固定在機架上，通過液壓使活塞（桿）帶動滑塊上下運動。

2、模具為80高碳鋼，強度達235N/m㎡。                  

3、同步系統  該機采用扭軸同步結構，油缸內置擋塊控制，結構緊湊，性能穩定可靠，同步精度高。機械擋塊由電機調節，w10計數器顯示數值。

4、擋料結構  擋料采用電機傳動，通過滾珠絲杠直線導軌帶動齒輪同步移動。并由 E20數控系統控制(E20數控系統控制見說明書)，其主要功能：

（1） LCD顯示，240 x 128

（2） 多工步一次編程，程序自動運行，連續定位

（3） 自動退讓，避免后擋料與工件的干涉
