u 定義：Definition:

化學鋼化玻璃（又稱離子交換增強玻璃）：

Chemical tempered glass (Also known as ionic exchange enhancement glass):

通過離子交換，玻璃表層堿金屬離子被熔鹽中的其它堿金屬離子置換，使機械強度提高的玻璃。

Through the ionic exchange, the alkaline metal ion of glass surface is placed by other alkaline metal ion in salt melted, enhancing its mechanical strength.

u 產(chǎn)品特性：Product Characteristics:

1． 強度高：可達一般玻璃強度的9-15倍，抗破壞壓力最高可達650 MPa。

Higher strength: it is 9-15 times higher of ordinary glass, its maximum destruct-resistance pressis600 Mpa.

2． 強度可隨客戶之要求進行調(diào)整。

Its strength may be adjusted to the request of the customer.

3． 玻璃表面平滑、不變形、無鋼化斑。

Its surface is smoothness, does not distort, no spot.   

4． 絕對不會有自爆問題。

Absolutely no self-detonate problem.

5． 超薄玻璃，各類異型亦可容易的被加工處理.

Ultra-thin glass, various kinds of abnormal-shaped glass also may be processed easily.

6． 玻璃破碎時非顆粒狀。

When it is broken, its fragments stay non-granulated.

7． 化學鋼化后可切割、鍍膜、夾膠等再加工。

After chemical tempered, it can be cut, coated, sandwiched glue etc.

在化學玻璃的組成中，B2O3（氧化硼）部分取代了SiO2，所以化學玻璃又稱為硼酸鹽玻璃或硼硅酸鹽玻璃。如有一種化學玻璃的組成為SiO2占81％，B2O3占12％，Na2O占5％和Al2O3占2％。化學玻璃的熱膨脹系數(shù)小，所以耐驟冷驟熱；化學玻璃也具有高的熱穩(wěn)定性和化學穩(wěn)定性──這些性能都比鉀玻璃更為優(yōu)良。另外，比起鉀玻璃來化學玻璃的熔化（或者說軟化）溫度更高，而受撞擊時更不易破裂。因此，化學玻璃是比鉀玻璃更為優(yōu)良的用以制造某些化學儀器的材料。

化學鋼化玻璃沖擊試驗數(shù)據(jù)：

試驗室內(nèi)，我們采用直徑64mm、質(zhì)量1040克的鋼球?qū)穸葹?/span>3mm、尺寸為365×455（mm）樣品進行四邊支撐下的沖擊試驗，平均沖擊高度為2500mm，而普通風鋼化玻璃的平均沖擊高度為1200mm。
