陽光控制鍍膜玻璃

多用于熱帶及亞熱帶地區。

產品特性：

色調高雅淡藍灰色調，與普通陽光控制鍍膜玻璃相比顏色更具特色?？梢姽馔高^率為60%~80%之間，具有舒適的視覺感。

無光污染可見光反射率在13-18%左右，遠遠低于普通陽光控制鍍膜玻璃，無光污染。

耐用的膜層膜層穩定，可長期使用，不會產生膜層脫落現象。具有良好的抗腐蝕和耐磨性，耐酸性，耐堿性。

優良的熱性能可輕松進行鋼化、熱彎、夾層等深加工，中空玻璃不需剔除邊部膜層和特殊處理。

與耀華LOW-E系列玻璃組合使用節能效果更佳

單片：耀華在線LOW-E\\SUN-E玻璃是硬鍍膜，可單片使用，膜層置于第二位置，可以發揮最佳性能。

Single pane:Yaohua Low-E and Yaohua Sun-E are pyrolytic(hard)coated glass and can be used as single pane with coating surface at position 2 for the best performance.

中空：建議用LOW-E玻璃合成中空時膜層位于第三位置，用SUN-E玻璃與白玻合成中空時膜層位于第二位置，可獲得極佳的節能效果，使室內保持舒適溫度。加工時可直接合成中空玻璃，無須除去邊部膜層。

IGU:We recommend putting the Low-E coated surface at position 3 and Sun-E coating surface at position 2 in the insulated glass units to obtain excellect energy efficiency and keep the room at a confortable temperature.It is not necessary to remove the coating from the edges in IGU fabrication.

夾層：應使用非鍍膜面合成夾層玻璃，單層使用時建議膜層置于面向室內面（第四位置），中空使用時建議膜面位于中空玻璃內部。

Laminating:Uncoated side should face the interlayer in the fabrication of laminated glass.It is recommended that coated side faces indoor(position4)in single laminated glass and coated side faces air space in IGU.

鋼化和半鋼化：由于膜層具有低輻射特性，其鋼化工藝參數不同于普通浮法玻璃，建議修定工藝參數。鋼化時，玻璃溫度升高，膜面盡量不要和輪道接觸，避免意外損傷膜層。

Tempering and semi-tempering:since it is low emssivity coating,the technical parameters for tempering is different form regular float glass,it is recommended to adjust the technical parameters.In the tempering,the temperature of glass will be increased,keep the coating away form the roller to aviod the damage of coating incidentally.

熱彎：由于膜層具有低輻射特性，熱彎時的工藝系數不同于普通浮法玻璃，建議修定工藝系數。熱彎時溫度很高，膜層盡量不與模具直接接觸，避免意外損傷膜層。

Thermal bending:since it is low emssivity coating,the technical parameters for thermal bending is different from regular float glass,it is recommended to adjust the technical parameters.In the thermal bending,the temperature of glass will be increased,keep the coating away from the mould to avoid the damage of coating incidentally.

儲存：耀華在線LOW-E\\SUN-E玻璃具有極高的化學穩定性，可以像普通玻璃一樣的儲存。建議儲存環境應有良好通風條件，保持干燥，放置時不要過于傾斜。

Storage:Yaohua Low-E and Sun-E glasses are chemically stable and can be stored in the same way as clear glass.Storing the Yaohua Low-E and Sun-E glasses in a dry place with good ventilation is recommended.Sroring without too much tilting is recommended.

搬運：為了保護鍍膜面的潔凈，單片搬運時應帶上干凈的勞動保護手套，用吸盤搬運時應吸附再非鍍膜面上。盡量避免油污及其它雜物附著在鍍膜面上，不要使用堅硬的金屬物體接觸玻璃鍍膜面。

Handling:It is recommended to wear clean gloves in carrying single glazing by hand and suck the uncoated side by suckers to keep the cleaning of coated side.Avoid the stick of oils and other foreign materials on the coated surface and keep the coated side away from hard metals.

切割：切割時應保持切桌清潔，鍍膜面朝上放置，避免碎玻璃屑意外劃傷膜面。應使用迅速揮發的切割油，并在切割后及時清潔。

Cutting:Working table should be clean before cutting of Yaohua Low-E and Sun-E glass.The coated side should face up to prevent the coating from scratching.Volatile oil should be used for cutting and promptly cleaned after cutting.

 清潔：玻璃清潔前先用清水沖洗，除掉膜面上的異物，然后可用普通清潔劑清潔玻璃（使用專用的玻璃亮潔劑效果更好），再次用去離子水清潔后，風干。

Cleaning:First flush with water to remove the dirt before cleaning with common detergent (it would be better if flass cleaner is used),Clean again with de-ioned water and airdry.

 鍍膜面的辨認：可以用手輕輕觸摸玻璃表面，比較光滑的為玻璃面，有澀感的一面為鍍膜面；也可以用普通萬用表測試玻璃表面，電阻值無限大的一面為玻璃面，電阻值小的一面為鍍膜面；還可以用專門膜面測試儀器，顯示燈亮的為膜面，不亮為玻璃面。

Identification of coated surface:By rubbing the glass surface gently with finger,the smoother side is uncoated and rougher side is coated.By using multi-meter to test,the side with resistance of infinity is uncoated and the olw resistance of infinity is uncoated and the low resistance side is coated.By usingspecial coating detector instrument.Lighting of pilot light indicates coated surface.
