   膨脹珍珠巖是一種無毒、無味、不燃、不腐、耐酸堿、保溫、隔音隔熱，內部呈蜂窩狀結構產品，是由酸性火山玻璃質熔巖(珍珠巖)經破碎，篩分至一定粒度，再經預熱，在14000℃以上高溫延時燒結而制成的一種白色或淺色的優質絕熱保溫材料，可與不同的膠結料配制制成如憎水珍珠巖制品、珍珠巖吸音板、隔墻板、防火板等。

 珍珠巖主要用于建筑物屋面及墻體的保溫、隔熱；建筑材料的輕質骨料珍珠巖；各種工業設備、管道絕熱層；各種深冷、冷庫工程的內壁；農業及園藝的無土栽培、改良土壤，保水保肥等，被廣泛應用于石油、化工、電力、建筑、冶金等行業。

2.4珍珠巖施工工藝

以膨脹珍珠巖骨料、水泥、瀝青、水玻璃樹脂等為粘結劑，甲基含氫硅油為憎水劑制成各種憎水或不憎水珍珠巖制品用于設備、管道、屋面、墻體保溫。

2.5屋面珍珠巖保溫施工方案

使用珍珠巖保溫層必需按36㎡標準預留排氣孔和四周排氣槽。具體操作，先用水泥砂漿進行一次屋面找平：再將珍珠巖散料按照1：8比率和水泥混合，然后滿鋪、壓緊刷平，達到標準厚度，最后將做好的珍珠巖散料以3：1比率和水泥制成砂漿鋪平表面（厚度2-3厘米）。

2.6注意事項

本品珍珠巖為聚丙烯編織袋包裝也可按照客戶具體要求進行包裝（需客戶支付包裝費用），避免銳器觸碰，適宜儲存于室內，室外施工時應做好防雨、防踏壓，堆積高度不宜高于2米。
