懸掛流水線是一種三維空間閉環連續輸送系統，適用于車間內部和車間之間成件物品的自動化輸送。根據輸送物件的方法，可分為通用和輕型的牽引式懸掛輸送、通用積放式和輕型積放式的推式懸掛輸送。

懸掛鏈，采用滾珠軸承作為鏈條走輪，導軌均選用16Mn材質經過深加工而成，使用壽命在5年以上。鏈條節距常用的有150/200/240/250等，單點承重也各不一樣。同時通過選擇吊具類型，可增加鏈條的單點承重。該輸送線能隨意轉彎、爬升，能適應各種地理環境條件。該輸送線主要用在車間內的物料空中配送上，設計合理的方案，能將倉庫、裝配線等相關節點有機的結合起來，可在最大程度上理順車間的物流，產生更大的效益。該輸送線也能用作摩托車車架的部裝，以及噴涂設備的烘干輸送設備。
