珍珠巖助濾劑

是由精選小粒經(jīng)礦砂經(jīng)凈化煤氣加熱，在垂直立窯內(nèi)選擇性膨脹，膨脹經(jīng)研磨凈化獲得的一定粒度搭配的粉末狀產(chǎn)品，色澤潔白，。產(chǎn)品品種劃分的容重、粒級搭配、選擇膨脹形成的孔隙直徑不同為標準。
       本產(chǎn)品與硅澡土等助濾劑相比，具有有害金屬、非金屬成份少、容重輕、濾速快、過濾效果好等優(yōu)點。
本產(chǎn)品已廣泛應(yīng)用于甘油過濾行業(yè)、涂料行業(yè)、油漆行業(yè)、石油行業(yè)等的快速過濾生產(chǎn)實踐中。

化學(xué)成份(%):

珍珠巖助濾劑與硅藻土相比其使用上有一優(yōu)點：

1.   能吸附濾液中的（甘油、涂料、油墨、油漆等）部分高分子蛋白，更有利于提高濾液的非生物穩(wěn)定性。

2.   可提高過濾速度以及過濾總量。

3.   節(jié)約20%使用量。
