Guangshen Technology Development Co. Ltd., founded in 1997, was once a branch of Guangzhou General Estate Group(GGEG).  GGEG was once a government owned corporation, the biggest real estate enterprise of South China in 1990s. After the reorganization of GGEG in 2000, Guangshen Tech became an independent building contractor.

Our main products are water supply and drainage system, access control system, cabling system and security-related system. We have many fixed clients,  which we have been cooperated with since 2000. These clients have very good reputation in the real estate industry. They are R&F Properties, Vanke Group, Country Garden, Poly Real Estate Group，Zhongxin Properties and Hengda Properties, etc.
