室體：

Chamber: 

室體采用不銹鋼板與型鋼拼裝而成，整體美觀，在室體適合部位開啟大玻璃視窗和工件進出門。在頂部位置設置照明防爆燈，保證照度>350LX。

The chamber is composed of stainless steel plate and profile steel in assembly, in beautiful appearance and with large glass window and workpiece inlet & outlet opened in suitable parts of the chamber. The explosion-proof lamp is set on the top to ensure illumination >350LX. 

抽風系統：

Air draft system: 

在噴漆區域設置整體吸風面，抽風面尺寸為2000*1500，抽風機采用低噪音大風量防爆風機。電機功率4KW。出風風管采用鍍鋅鋼板制作。

The integral air draft side is set in painting area, the dimension of air draft side is 2000*1500 and the exhaust fan is explosion-proof fan with low noise and large air quantity. The motor power is 4KW. The air outlet pipe is made of galvanized steel plate 

整體 風速：0.3-0.4m/s   

Overall air speed: 0.3-0.4m/s

過濾系統

Filtering system

過濾系統分為兩部分：側部過濾進風系統 與側部漆霧過濾系統。

The filter system is composed of two parts: side filtering air inlet system and side paint mist filtering system.

側部過濾系統采用型鋼與初效過濾棉  組成，厚度10mm。過濾棉制作成可以拆卸式，用雙層鍍鋅鋼絲網與型鋼固定。方便更換與清理。側部漆霧過濾系統采用專用漆霧過濾棉，同樣制作成可拆卸式。漆霧過濾棉厚度為30mm

The side filtering system is composed of profile steel and primary filtering cotton, 10mm in thickness. The filtering cotton shall be made into dismountable type and fixed with double-layer galvanized steel wire mesh and profile steel. It is easy for change and cleaning. The side paint mist filtering system is made of special paint mist filtering cotton in dismountable type. The paint mist filtering cotton is 30 mm in thickness.

Energy consumption

1) 電源   交流380V  50HZ三相四線制供電，消耗總功率約  13kw

1) Power   AC 380V   50HZ three-phase four-wire power supply, total energy consumption is about 13kw. 

烘箱：

加熱管：加熱管采用遠紅外加熱管，數量：6根，功率：1.5KW/支。

Heating pipe: The heating tube is far-infrared heating tube, quantity: 6 tubes, power: 1.5 KW/tube 

烘箱室體：采用巖棉 板制作，保溫厚度：50mm。

Oven chamber: Made of rock wool board, insulation thickness: 50mm. 

輸送機：

Conveyor: 

    輸送機采用節距為50mm的大滾子鏈條。鏈條上安裝有可旋轉治具，治具上安裝工件底座。工件底座間距200mm，鏈條采用角驅動形式，功率1.5KW。

The large roller chain with interval of 50mm is used for the conveyor. The chain is equipped with rotational fixture on which the workpiece base is mounted. The interval of workpiece base is 200mm and the chain is angle drive type, with power of 1.5KW. 

旋轉裝置：

Rotation device: 

采用皮帶旋轉裝置，由皮帶旋轉帶動治具旋轉， 壓緊治具為壓緊輪裝置，電機功率：1.5KW。                                      

    The belt rotation device used, of which belt rotation drives fixture for rotation and the pressure fixture is wheel compressing device, with motor power: 1.5 KW.
