鋁礬土是制作耐火磚、澆注料、鐵溝料、礬土水泥、工業氧化鋁及其它不定型耐火材料的主要原料,還可用于工業煉鋁、精密鑄造等行業,本公司可根據不同用途加工不同粒度的產品。
(1)煉鋁工業。用于國防、航空、汽車、電器、化工、日常生活用品等。 (2)精密鑄造。礬土熟料加工成細粉做成鑄模后精鑄。用于軍工、航天、通訊、儀表、機械及醫療器械部門。 (3)用于耐火制品。高鋁礬土熟料耐火度高達1780℃,化學穩定性強、物理性能良好。 (4)硅酸鋁耐火纖維。具有重量輕,耐高溫,熱穩定性好,導熱率低,熱容小和耐機械震動等優點。用于鋼鐵、有色冶金、電子、石油、化工、宇航、原子能、國防等多種工業。它是把高鋁熟料放進融化溫度約為2000~2200℃的高溫電弧爐中,經高溫熔化、高壓高速空氣或蒸汽噴吹、冷卻,就成了潔白的“棉花”——硅酸鋁耐火纖維。它可壓成纖維毯、板或織成布代替冶煉、化工、玻璃等工業高溫窯爐內襯的耐火磚。消防人員可用耐火纖維布做成衣服。 (5)以鎂砂和礬土熟料為原料,加入適當結合劑,用于澆注盛鋼桶整體桶襯效果甚佳。 (6)制造礬土水泥,研磨材料,陶瓷工業以及化學工業可制鋁的各種化合物。 耐火材料用鋁礬土數量的技術條件: 等級 化學成分/% 耐火度 體積密度 Al2O3 CaO Fe2O3 特級 >85 <0.6 <2.0 >1790 >3.0 一級 >80 <0.6 <3.0 >1790 >2.8 二級甲 70~80 <0.8 <3.0 >1790 >2.65 二級乙 60~70 <0.8 <3.0 >1770 >2.55 三級 50~60 <0.8 <2.5 >1770 >2.45

鋁礬土熟料按理化指標分為:GAL50,GAL60,GAL70,GAL80,GAL85,GAL88。
The main component of Bauxite is alumina, is impurities of hydrated alumina, a kind of earthy minerals. The color is white or off-white, usually it is yellow or light red due to iron. Its density is 3.9 ~ 4g/cm3, hardness 1 ~ 3, opaque, brittle and extremely difficult to melt. It does not dissolve in water, but can dissolve in sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide solution, mainly used in aluminum smelting and refractory materials making.
Uses:
(1) The aluminum industry. Used in defense, aerospace, automotive, electrical, chemical and daily supplies.
(2) Bauxite clinker can be processed into fine powder and made into mold. Used in military, aerospace, communications, instrumentation, machinery and medical equipment sectors.
(3) Used for fire-resistant products. The refractoriness of High-alumina clinker is up to 1780℃, it has strong chemical stability and good physical properties.
(4) Aluminosilicate refractory fibers. With a light weight, high temperature, thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, heat capacity of small and resistance to mechanical vibration and so on. Used for iron and steel, nonferrous metallurgy, electronics petroleum, chemical space, atomic energy, defense and other industries.
(5) Using magnesia clinker and bauxite as raw material, by adding the appropriate amount binder, you can get a better effect of barrel lining.
(6) Used to produce alumina cement, abrasive materials, ceramic industry, as well as a variety of aluminum compounds.
