精密熱風烤箱(XRD-HR760C )

Precision hot-air oven (XRD-HR760C )                    

具體制作如下：

Concrete descriptions are as follows:

 內部工作尺寸：L760×W590×H1500。

Dimensions of inner working chamber: L760×W590×H1500

1.      整機總功率：三相，380V，約16KW。

    1．Total power:3P,380V ,about 16KW

2.      外殼采用δ1.5mm冷板制作，內膽采有δ1.5mm不銹鋼板制作。

2． The outer plate is made ofδ1.5mmiron,and the inner is made ofδ1.5mmstainless steel.

3.      運風方式：水平送風；內層風道設置可調風網孔板，使爐膛內的風溫分布均勻。

3. Adopted horizontal air-delivering .Adjustable air mesh trays fixed in inner layer duct can make the warm air evenly distributed thoughout the chamber.

4.      烤箱底部設置60mm厚保溫層，其余部份設置100mm厚保溫層，采用進口120K白色巖棉制作，保溫效果好，表面溫度達到室溫。

4. Importing 120K white rockwool madeinsulation layers are installed at the bottom in 60mm thick and other parts in 100mm thick ,which conserves energy and makes the surface temperature reach ambient

5.      烤箱底部設置140mm寬推車槽。安裝δ5.0mm厚鐵板。

5. 140mm wide cart groove is set at the bottom of oven and it’s fixedδ5.0mmthick iron plate.

6.      烤箱為單開門設置，配不銹鋼拉手和可伸縮式卡銷。

6. The oven is single –door ,set with stainless steel handle and telescoping bayonet lock.

7.      加溫系統采用臺灣進口不銹鋼發熱模組,功率:15KW。

7. Taiwan stainless steel heating module are used in heating system,the power is 15KW.

8.      溫度控制采用TAISEE溫控器，溫度為室溫—250℃可調,溫控精度在±1℃,爐內溫度分布偏差為±3℃。

8. Adopted TAISEE temperature controllerensures a precise and reliable temperature control.The temperature range are ambient temperature to250℃and the temperature inside the oven are controlled with a sensitivity of ±1℃,spatial deviation in temperature are±3℃.

9.      運風馬達循環風速大小由1臺1HP臺產變頻器控制。

9.  Circulating air speed is controlled by 1 set of Taiwan 1Hp frequency converter

10.   烤箱配置1臺運風馬達采用臺灣進口1HP高溫長軸馬達(保修五年)，運風輪采用10.5寸加強型多翼式風輪。

10. The oven is installed with 1 set of Taiwan 1HP long axis air-delivering motor ,and the air-delivering wheels are adopted 10.5 inch reinforced multi wings wind wheels.

11.   電箱設置電源指示、故障指示、時間制（0-999h）、散熱電腦風扇并設超溫超時控有聲報警及系統,計數器預定的時間到達時，烤箱開始報警，員工關掉計時器開關和報警開關，警燈報警停止，換新的材料烘烤時只需把計時器開關復位即可,烤箱重新開始正常工作。

11. The electric box is set with power LED,failure indicator,timer(0-999h),computer cooling fan , overtemperature and overtime alarm, and power automatic cut-off control system.The oven will alarm when the time reaches the setting value,turn off the timer switch and alarm swtich ,alarm stops.When bake new materials,only reset the timer and the oven will work again.

12.   烤箱內的產品烘烤時間完成時，如果暫時不需要再烘烤產品，烤箱報警時，關掉計時器開關的同時也關掉報警開關，烤箱開始降溫。

12. When the products are baked well,and if do not bake other products,the oven alarms,turn off the timer switch and also turn off the alarm switch ,the oven will cool down.

13.   烤箱頂部設置廢氣排放口Ø95MM，并設置廢油回收及排出，防止烤箱內部高溫火災。

13. Ø95MM exhaust emission outlet is set at the top of oven,also waste oil’s recycling and exhausting are set to prevent from the fire because of the high temperature in chamber.

14.   表面經專業防銹,腐處理后，噴電腦色烤漆。

14. The surface is sprayed with long lasting stove enamel after professional rust proofing.
