 二.中厚板特點

      柳鋼產熱軋產品的表面質量一般,能滿足一般情況下的噴漆處理,但作酸洗及鍍鋅處理時,質量相對一般,需要謹慎使用.柳鋼產品厚度一般負差較大,以5.5MM材料為例,一般厚度在5.35到5.5之間,對于有精密要求的產品慎用.

Their products got a relatively rough surface which would meet the requirements for ordinary spray-paint operation but not very good for acid pickling and galvanizing. Their products are tend to have higher minus tolerance,  take T=5.5mm product as an example, their actual thickness vary  from 5.35mm to 5.50mm, it’s not advised to be used for products with high requirement of precision.
