1800B中空玻璃立式自動板壓生產線由立式玻璃運輸機、立式三級玻璃清洗烘干機、立式玻璃檢查運輸機、自動鋁框定位機、立式玻璃平壓合片機、玻璃運輸機等設備組成。生產線采用世界領先的奧地利技術。PLC及觸摸屏變頻控制，清洗烘干設備采用加厚不銹鋼，并選用當今國際領先的平壓方式進行合片，自動平壓機的前后箱設計（前箱抽真空、后箱氣浮傳動）使玻璃復片與合片一次完成，并可進行不等片中空玻璃、異型中空玻璃、三層中空玻璃的加工，同時是生產玻璃幕墻的關鍵設備。該線具有運行穩定，加工尺寸精確、生產效率高等特點。該線輔以砂帶磨邊機、丁基膠涂膠、雙組份打膠機、分子篩灌裝機、旋轉涂膠臺等設備組成全自動中空玻璃生產。
