1800中空玻璃立式半自動生產線，該生產線由玻璃運輸機、三級玻璃清洗烘干機、玻璃檢查運輸機、自動鋁框定位機、玻璃輥壓合片機、玻璃運輸機等設備組成。整線采用光電和PLC編程控制，實現由清洗和合片的自動化。在輥壓結構中增加了程序控制，使玻璃在壓合過程中不同部位時間不同，最終達到中空玻璃各個邊框受力一致的效果。該線輔以砂帶磨邊機、丁基膠涂膠機、雙組份打膠機、分子篩灌裝機、旋轉涂膠臺等設備組成半自動玻璃生產線。

全自動數控中空玻璃生產線（可生產LOW-E中空玻璃）。

◎整機采用PLC控制設備運轉觸摸屏人機界面，板壓段具有電路、氣路自動診斷功能。

◎采用進口真空發生器和吸盤，玻璃吸合效果更佳。

◎可生產二層、三層、大小片等異型中空玻璃。

◎全距離自動變頻調速，節省勞動等待時間，提高生產效率。

◎玻璃合片時平壓機前后箱機械手杠桿式托料，(機械式硬限位＋活動板吸盤吸附)確保自動合片時玻璃永不錯位。
