            鞍鋼冷軋板，板形平直度好，色澤均勻，拉伸能力好.普通st12等級(jí)產(chǎn)品，其延伸率高達(dá) 38% 左右，高于其它同類產(chǎn)品的33%左右。所以鞍鋼的產(chǎn)品能勝任折彎180度，一般性拉伸等機(jī)械加工要求。適用用電氣電箱，普通拉伸五金件，鋼管，小型水泵外罩，汽車部件等.特別需要強(qiáng)調(diào)的是,鞍鋼冷軋板為廣東開(kāi)平的VCD,DVD功放制造商的指定用料,VCD,DVD,功放機(jī)殼要求鋼板面上多沖孔,并且多孔面板平伏,能滿足高端客戶需求。

Angang’s cold rolled steel sheet is famous for high flatness, high elongation and high color uniformity. The elongation of their regular SPCC grade product is 38%, 5% higher than products from other manufacturers, as a result, their products are capable of being bent for 180 degrees and meet with the requires of machining for home appliances, hardware with regular requirement on elongation, case for small pumps, automobile parts and so on. ST grade product series is designed to meet with products that require high elongation referring to relevant German standards, which is famous for strictness. As a result, the ST grade product series got comparatively stable quality and can meet with strict requirements of elongation.

       在表面處理能力方面，鞍鋼具有表面質(zhì)量細(xì)致，色澤均勻，表面涂層附著力高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，完全勝任直接除油噴油漆，靜電式噴涂，電鍍鋅，電鍍鉻等較高要求表面處理。且鞍鋼冷板在表面外理方面有光面及麻面兩種,麻面板可勝任皺面(防滑)鍍鉻,鍍鎳的表面處理要求,光面鋼板能勝任鏡面電鍍的要求,鏡面電鍍性能方面,鞍鋼為首選產(chǎn)品.

Angang’s products got smooth surfaces, high color uniformity and high surface coating adhesion, which completely meet with processes that have high requirements on surface quality like de-oiling and painting operation, electrostatic painting , electro galvanizing, and ni-coating. They offer plates with both glossy and brushed surfaces. Those with brushed surface can meet the requirements for Ni-coating and chromed treatment for anti-skidding; those with glossy surface can meet the requirements for mirror electro coating and advised to be used for this process.

      鞍鋼冷軋板的厚度控制精良，以1.0冷軋板為例，其實(shí)際測(cè)量厚度在0.96到1.0之間，普遍在0.98到1.0之間，厚度穩(wěn)定,是精密部件的首選產(chǎn)品。
